These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Forge mobile application (“Forge”, “the App”) published by GKS Yazılım (“we”, “us”, “our”), Istanbul, Turkey. By downloading, installing, or using Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Forge is a personal awareness companion designed to help users build mindfulness around body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). Features may include reflections, urge surfing sessions, progress photos, local insights, reminders, and optional premium features through Forge Pro.
Forge is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or therapy service. It does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Content in the App is for general awareness and self-support only.
Always seek qualified professional help for health concerns or emergencies. Do not delay professional care because of something you read or track in Forge.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Forge. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Forge only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Forge stores your reflections, logs, photos, and related content locally on your device. We do not host your personal journal or photo library on GKS Yazılım servers. You are responsible for backing up or exporting information if you need copies outside the App.

Available features and limits may change. Feature descriptions in the App and store listing at the time of purchase apply.
Subscription management is facilitated through RevenueCat as our subscription platform provider.
If you reinstall Forge or switch devices, you may restore an active Forge Pro subscription using Restore purchases in the App, subject to Apple and Google rules and the Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
You agree not to:
Forge, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by GKS Yazılım or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (e.g. reflections and photos). Because that content stays on your device, you control it subject to these Terms and your device settings.
Forge relies on third-party platforms including Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
FORGE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FORGE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE WILL NEVER BE LOST (FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOUR DEVICE IS DAMAGED, RESET, OR THE APP IS UNINSTALLED).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GKS YAZILIM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FORGE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO FORGE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR FORGE PRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GKS Yazılım from claims arising out of your misuse of Forge or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
You may stop using Forge at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or discontinue Forge or any feature if required by law, platform policies, or for operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update Forge and these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law or platform rules. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Courts in Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless applicable law requires a different forum for consumers.
